Beautiful crankset! I think you mean Suntour's version of the Sugino Mighty Competition, with a 144 BCD. The Mighty Tour has a of 110 BCD.

I realize now frame builder will be using a 1" (25.4mm) replacement steerer on top, vs the French 25mm (0.984375 in. or 63/64th in) steerer. Which won't affect the Tange headset....
