Beachgrad05 yah I was trying not to stand up during the ramp test which I don't really see why it would matter if ERG mode is on, you're not spiking power into the equation....or are you?

I tried the FTP ramp test, I guess I should do this after a proper warm up and not first thing in the morning. I sandbagged it according to my HR, max is 186 and only hit 163 in the ramp test.

for road bikes, I do better with non cut saddles that have less padding. My bikes are fit pretty aggressive with larger saddle to bar drop. I have better shorts to help but doesn't mean the shorts...

I took my family to the SD fair on Father's Day. Kids had fun, they both got 4 rides in on $20, I ate a $24 bacon wrapped turkey leg. None of that deep fried snickers, oreos or butter like that HAHA....
