I got mine shipped from WalMart about 2 yrs. ago, assembled it myself and based on reviews added a/m rim strips, lubricated the bearings, and took the time to adjust the brakes and shifters properly....

Thanks! This has been a great investment for us - we have been riding 3-5 times a week and did a 30-miler yesterday. My only regret is that we didn't discover this hobby sooner!

That is the "Plan Well Ahead" system :p
They call it a "roller brake", as far as I can tell that means it keeps rolling when you brake. At least it doesn't skid out. . .
