I'm pretty sure that the 6003 bearing is the same one as in my Viscount.
IIWM, I'd screw the crank bolt back in and address it with a metric hammer. Worked on the Viscount.

I've used both the Soma cage and the Red Clover tripleizer on a NR drivetrain. 13-24 six block and 52/42/28 up front. Worked as well as any NR drivetrain.....

The biggest practical difference is that the Luxe hubs have dust shields that are not meant to be removed. If the dust shield looks as if it's part of the hub it's a Luxe.
