I ride Wtb Horizon 650b on gravel and tarmac, With 60 psi they are absolutely useless on singletrack but they are great on roads of every kind. No problems going fast downhill either.

I have both 700 and 650 wheels for my bike. I ride some pretty bumpy paths and 47 mm. slicks are barely enough for a good ride. On regular gravel roads 42 mm. is enough IMO.

Most likely the rear tire will last for only a few thousand kilometres but the extra speed and suppleness makes it Worth IMO. No punctures so far but I have only had them on for 500 km
