I would not run GP4Ks tubeless. Tubeless tires on a non-tubeless rim conversion generally works ok. Non-tubeless tires on non-tubeless rims is a big no-no IMO.

The Gossamer Pro crankset is a perfectly fine crankset, IMO. Changing to a Shimano 105 or Ultegra crank might get you *slightly* smoother front shifting and maybe save a small amount of weight....
