Been on 3rd week of the Zwift 4 week ftp booster...

Been on 3rd week of the Zwift 4 week ftp booster and this interval workout sucks :) it's great 1 hr workout that i plan on repeating. My CTL and fitness on TP is stagnant but i don't feel stuck :)

I just did my first 3x15 90% ftp and felt like crap although I had to tell my mind it's only 3 five minutes workout

Good insight. Just purely fitness, can't have any goals without knowing when mom comes out of stroke rehab. Makes me think I should just do one TT & Vo2Max interval per week.

since I have 1 hr time for anything between sick mom and work, I've been doing 5x5 or 6x5 at 110% with 5 min rbi (zwift gorby). After 2 weeks might make it 6x6 at 110 ftp

Life is funny, I used to have 4 hrs/day to ride, now I just thankful if I can get in 1 hr ride so Zwift the Gorby (5x5 @110%) & SST medium ride is all I can do.

When your plantar fasciitis feels 90% healed, 30deg cold & 15mphr winds can't stop you from riding outside for 2 hrs. Throw in 2x12 @218W. Intervals feel much better in cold than heat :).

1.5 hrs 165-170 watts is all I could manage with plantar fasciitis. I could do more but then I'd get myself in trouble. Foot massage and lots of stretching and icing.

So glad I was able to ride 2 hrs yesterday. Legs felt great but heart rate sky high so I threw down 2x10 90%,95%, sore heel today might get a foot massage.
