that's a really interesting comment! compared to SPD 2 hole small little cleat, i would think these SPD-SL cleats on shoe are much more helpful as they spread force across wider area of the foot,...

does more float equal more relief for pads of feet

i read that somewhere in my metatarsal pain research today. so i was thinking of getting some cleats with more float. if so can anyone recommend some of those for a SPD cleat.

anyone have some utilitarian clothing brand suggestions for riding? i might just wear some 80s JAMS.
