I agree with Carlton, it's a tough battle....

I agree with Carlton, it's a tough battle. 25-100k will not get you a track or even close, maybe a nice apron. A nice public restroom will cost 50k at least. A decent track should be close to 1m not...

Motorpacing bike (which ones)

I was looking at the Chinese scooters in the 250cc 13 in tires range but not sure the suspension would be enough. The track is 34deg, so flying 200s the g-force might be too much. The price was good...

very portable
Multiple splits just need transmitters, the track pro is 297.00 ea....

Track timing

Looking to time 200s, 500, 1k, and pursuit and splits. There are two units I am looking at but cannot post urls

one is freelap at simplifaster and the other is Farmtek.net

Anyone tried these or...
