Ive used holdfast on SPDs and liked it super easy...

Ive used holdfast on SPDs and liked it super easy to yank tight while slow rolling. stiff enough to sneak your toe trough.

I stopped bothering with them for a while though, didnt feel powerful...

I couldn't really either till I got some lifting shoes, 75$ for some Powerlifts wasn't too bad. I feel like a dweeb lifting so light in them but they really helped me with going low without bouncing...

Is the garmin GPS accurate enough to get usable lap times on a 250m? I don't have any experience with it but even actual race beacons seem like they could be pretty inaccurate.
