Wife and I rode nine miles this morinng before the heat set in. I know it isnt much but at least I got off my 300 pound butt and on to my bike. Going to go out early again tomorrow morning for a 10...

Rode 9 miles late this afternoon. Wind was at 16mph with gust to 25mph. Was a good workout. Thought we would ride into the wind, but it didnt matter it was blowing from every direction.

small ride today

Wife and I rode 10.5 miles today. Was a nice late afternoon ride. Kind of windy gust up to 16mph. I got a good work out fighting the head wind. Had fun and relaxed a little also.
