I did a slow, windy, extremely hot birthday ride...

I did a slow, windy, extremely hot birthday ride - 55.6 slow unpleasant miles. 90.7 average temp with about 20 miles into a 15-20 mph blowtorch wind. The kind of ride that's not much fun.

41 miles to the beach and back. Even leaving at 7:30 a.m., I'm still drenched in sweat by the time I'm done. It would be nice to get a little cooler weather here.
