Last shots today

The doc gave me my last knee injections for lubrication today. It is called synvisc. I call it Valvoline for the knees. I can hardly feel the bone spurrs now. My imagination thought it was a lot...

Still doing 24 miles a day RT to work. 58 and acting 16 I guess. Thought I might need knee surgery but it turned out to be bone spurrs. I'm getting 3 shots of some lubricant over the next three weeks...
