The exception to this rule is Fizik Microtex. Have well over 2000 miles on mine and still clean. White PRO Silicon bar tape gets filthy almost immediately in my experience.

It's true. Fizik microtex is the best. My white tape is still amazingly white even with at least 2500-3000 miles on it. As long as they produce it, it is the tape I'll keep buying.
