I am pretty much your twin and went with a 54.

It is an "aggressive" fit but i rather have a 100 stem on a 54 than a 80-90 on a 56 size frame.

If pictures would be appreciated I'll post them up tomorrows. BTW the frame is the raw color that is pretty hard to get a hold of.

Go to a specialized dealer and ask for the Shims. They have different ones for shimano...none for campy/sram that i know of.

Would changing my fork affect handling?

I have a good deal on a EC90SLX that i can put on my 2008 Six13. I do NOT have the premium fork, standard Ultra with aluminum steerer. Does anybody have the weight on that fork btw?

flatten rear tire is ok to an extent once it is felt while riding i would change it. I have the Continental Hometrainer tire on a spare wheel with a free cassette i got so i don't waste my GP4000 S....

I went from that to the six13. Much faster, responsive biggest suprise was comfort too.

I rode 10 miles yesterday with intentions of 30 miles. My buddy did 70 but he got tipped over in the process. And a flat, not enjoyable i'm sure. Winds are bad but not ridiculous...i turned around...
