Camp Eagle Fall Classic race report.

We line up and I see some new guys I never raced before. Not to worried though. I've been training a crap load all summer.
The whistle sounds off and the 13 of us take off. I'm sitting in 2nd place...

In the summer it's mainly endurance races. Plus it's to hot most of the time. We have a fall series a winter marathon series and the Spring state championship series.

Sprinters use it but not as much. Think of it. When you sprint you pedal fast for a bit then reach max then use slow twitch to sustain and put out wattage. Climbing is Fast twitch most of the time....
