Count this as another vote for going the "Used" route.
Just make sure it fits you, If it doesn't fit you will be less comfortable, and less likely to want to ride.

I think it helps to put the Axle nut on over the tool, then apply pressure with a long handled wrench, instead of trying to use a vise.

I also have a CT-7, which I probably haven't used for it's intended use "1/8 to 3/16 chain only" but have used when it was the one closer...

There is no paper sticker.
It had Weinman Centerpull Brakes and Levers,

Schwinn Twin Kickstand
