I've never weighed my packing items, but if I had to guess, my weight distribution, judging by how it feels when I pick up the bike, is 30/70, rear biased.

I'm sorry, I wish I knew. It's been 5+ years since my LBS ordered that rack for my previous touring bike, and I don't remember what brand it is. I don't think there's a brand marking on it anywhere...
