I was looking at Giant Lafree. She likes those but she was more sold on the looks of some Raleigh models. Doesn't meet ALL requirements but I guess we can't have it all....

Small size availability, and flat bars are a must.
Mid motor and hydro brakes are priority.
Looking for hybrid, fitness, or urban type. as long as it's somewhat sporty.

Very hilly 30-35...
