That too. Most cummuter bikes use a built on lock that's just a bar that slides out/across the spokes. Very small and easy to miss. Not secure at all BTW.

No bike theft is a big problem. But unlike in the US, they actively prosecute bike thieves. Its almost ridiculous how much money and time Japanese cops spend on bike theft, I think its over kill....
