Post a picture (or a link to a picture) of the derailleur hanger. Usually WheelsMfg have something close enough.

I believe Synchro shift is only available with a BT-DN110 or BM-DN100 unit. At least it was the case when I tried it.

Strip it down, get some ScotchBrite pads and scrub it. Once you've restored the frame you'll have no problem justifying spending money on the build. Or sell the frame for 200$ and be done with it!

I've done this without issues on an 6800 crankset. The 50-34 and 46-36 use the same spindle and BCD. Haven't noticed any issues shifting either.
