Velomax cowlings

I am missing the cowlings from my velomax wheels has anybody had this problem
I am calling the cowling the piece that sits on the hub and acts as a spacer so the wheel fits

does anyone know if it is possible to but a hardware store bolt that will work with look cleats

the standard ones I have will not reach on the shoe that I have and I need about 1/8 inch more
