Yeah, I noticed those issues as well. I think the brakes are Modolo Speedy's, which are fairly nice brakes. And the stem would be an easy fix.

700c is a smaller wheel by 8mm in diameter, that would be 4mm in radius. Therefore your axel height is 4mm lower, and thus so is your bottom bracket.
