New Shoes for the Miyata Ridgerunner

Swapped out the Maxxis DTH 2.3 for these Simworks Homage knobbies.

I think the bike looks much better with the skinny tires vs the fat DTHs.

Also swapped out the Mountech FD and RD for Deore...

check out the pork chop BMX cables. They are 5MM

on my build I used a Modern jag wire set, and the results were good.

then use megs. Cleaner, polish , wax.

And then Honda spray polish for maintenance. I’m. Not sure they still make the spray polish anymore.

I will probably not remove the freehub. I just wanted to service the main bearings.
