Thanks! I think it is best to go ride the bikes. I was swayed by the associate at the LBS and there were no pedals on the bike. Will keep looking.

I picked up a Trek FX 7.2 for my son. Beautiful bike!

How can I tell what model year the bike is? I suspect that it is a 2016 but would be nice to know for sure.

Go for it!

The 2010 FX 7.5 has better components and will be lighter. The 7.5 has a carbon fork, making the ride smoother. As long as the frame is in good shape and the price is right, I'd go for it.
