Iíve had a 23Ē Ď84 310, and a 57cm Ď85 710 And they are not...

If frame flex is a concern, Iíd look at Miyata 610 frames and also Cannondale ST frames. I can tell you from experience that an Ď84 Miyata 610 will take up to a 700x40mm tire.
