I just do straight malto. One scoop from normal scoop that comes with most protein powder. Maybe mix in some powered gatorade.. but Malto, once mixed, really has no flavor

I think I ride more now that I have stopped racing. I no longer worry about being too tired or whatever so I just go out for the 6 hour ride whenever I feel like it and not worry about being rested...
