I've managed to progress a bit...have removed the...

I've managed to progress a bit...have removed the spokes, the right hand lock nut and the freewheel body.
Tried to unlock the left hand lock nut unit, but no luck so far...maybe not even needed....

Dura-Ace WH-7801 DI rear hub - how do I remove nipples/spokes?

Rear rim went bad on my WH-7801 DI wheelset. How do I remove nipple/spokes on right side of rear hub?
Nipples seem to be behind a seal ring, which I don't know how to remove without destroying it....

tech has evolved so much in the last 5 years, let alone 13 years. Getting a frame for $80 sounds nice, though. And depending on how serious you are about triathlon that bike might bring all you need....
