Complete tune up was done and rides and shifts smoothly. I put the cages back on for the look but typically use clip less with it. I live in New England area.

I think the RD and shifts are original as we bought it from bike shop in late 80s and have owned it since. Unless the bike shop had done some changes to it? It is index shifting. Had a complete tune...

My physical therapist is the bike fitter person for the hospital PT practice. It's $100 for initial fit. Probably worth it after reading these posts.
