I use chemical toe warmers in below freezing temps. They really help; imo. Riding in the cold always feel harder to me. Also way slower; no clue why even after extensive research.

I did not know Bont shoes needed multiple molding sessions. I have a set of their lower-end (fiberglass sole) shoes and only baked them once. They've been pretty good to me for thousands of miles.
