That is most definitely a Gran Sport. They're by far my favorite vintage Raleighs, aesthetics-wise. I love the light blue! The fact the stickers on this example are still in good shape is a good sign...

I'm going to go ahead and guess that that's more likely a pincushion effect or some other optical trickery than a bent fork. It seems like most of the "bent forks" out there don't end up being bent...

Usually what seems like a bent fork is just a distortion of the camera lens and the angle at which the photo is taken. May or may not be the case here but a lot of times that's what it is.

What's sad is that he tries to sell it as a track frame and even says it was "made for fixed gear" but then when asked admits he had sawed off the derailleur hanger.

Someone musta really wanted those bars up high. The stem looks like a cheapo Kalloy or some-such welded stem made for MTBs or hybrids.
