That is most definitely a Gran Sport. They're by far my favorite vintage Raleighs, aesthetics-wise. I love the light blue! The fact the stickers on this example are still in good shape is a good sign...

Usually what seems like a bent fork is just a distortion of the camera lens and the angle at which the photo is taken. May or may not be the case here but a lot of times that's what it is.

What's sad is that he tries to sell it as a track frame and even says it was "made for fixed gear" but then when asked admits he had sawed off the derailleur hanger.
