That's a very interesting frame. What was its original intent, i.e. touring, CX, or MTB? With your build, it does indeed look very well adapted for touring, but the wheels and bottom bracket height...

That's a fully fledged touring bike in my book. Canti brakes, extra eyelets on the dropouts, longish chainstays... those are the big differentiators, in terms of the frame & fork, anyway.
