Talked to the owner about this years ago...at least 10...says to me ,...”nobody wants to ride it, you can have it...”...I got it...loosened head nut, too tight...adjusted... actually steers easily...

I’ve had this Superbe in the bike vault for years...actually rode it quite a bit, some impromptu Raleigh rides on the Cape...we stopped very soon after instigation...these beautiful riders are heavy!...
