I can only agree with Beic - parts are plentiful and pretty damn cheap over here! Although it's still fairly easy to pick up a near-mint gents 3 speed for max £50... women's ones are rather more...

You got seriously lucky there - it's a beautiful bike. That's fair enough with the grips, but I must agree about the saddle - I would go for something sprung, not only for comfort but for the look...

There's not quite the same flipper culture here I don't think... most eBay sellers are focused on the Raleigh Chopper (there was a huge trend here about 5 years ago for collecting them) or newer...
