What's wrong with the seatpost? Looks like a bolt snapped with the saddle dangling like that. Hope those pedals are temporary. It is a nice bike with some good potential to look even better :)

I realise that your bike is weight over form...

I realise that your bike is weight over form (most of the mandatory "weightweenie" parts are there) but it would aesthetically benefit from a bigger frame, slammed stem and a seatpost with setback.
