My Tempo is more of a mutt and needs a repaint, it also had a bunch of mixed parts on it when I bought it.

I changed it out for RSX 7...

A 23 inch Tempo CTC is probably a 24 how Schwinn measured it. I really don't need another bike I just like the looks of the Cannondale.

At a bit of 6'1" and my most comfortable bike is a 24" 88 Schwinn Tempo what size Cannondale should I be looking for?

Although not necessarily a deal killer I also prefer to run 700 x 28 for tires...
