A few months ago I asked about the age of a HUMBER with no date code on the Sturmey Archer 3 speed. I found a code on the top of the seat post.
89438 with the letters AK underneath.

Btw-I see you are from NS. Every time I see Nova Scotia it reminds me of my youth. I had an Uncle who lived in Musquodoboit Harbour and spent a few Summers there. Fond memories.
