That would be great! Domed is not a must have, but if you have one even better. Washers are part of the "clip" that the bolt passes through, so not a problem.

Ok, completed some measurements and arrived at an estimate of bolt shaft length.

Flats of the bolt shaft is 5mm thick
Round of the bolt shaft is 6mm thick
Domed nut is 9mm long

Yes, you are correct, both nut and bolt are steel (just checked with magnet). And right again, a through hole and 2 flats.
I'll have to check on the bolt measurements.
