Updated pic: Cinelli 120mm 1R stem, 66-44 bars. Black cork bar tape (used to be faded red). The tires are michelin pro race. I wish they were black but they feel awesome so I'm just going to use them...

Why would you use that as a winter beater when you can't even fit big / knobbed tires on it? And if you're not going to ride in really bad conditions (which you may not want to on normal tires) why...
