I too will see a huge jump up as I stand to get out of bed, and have hit 201 on the bike this season!

I don't take breaks when riding, unless it's longer than 6hours.
avg speed for this years 6000miles is 19.2mph, that includes 2, 24hour mountain bike races...

i've the same problem, i put a magnet on my aero wheels, and the speed readings are ridiculous. I'll try moving the magnet out further too, and report back.

i can shift with my campy stuff from any of 3 handlebar positions. from the hoods, drops, and along the top of the bars. I can reach the thumb shifters with my ring finger for upshifts at least.
