Thanks regulatori. That is a considerable idea. I would be mostly riding single speed. Thinking 18t cog for road. The 16t flop would definitely be cool if there were tracks around. Thanks again.

Looking into buying a fixed gear/single speed. The bike I am considering comes equipped 46t/16t. Might be a bit tall for me. Thinking of swapping for 18t cog. Thinking it might be easier on the legs...

Specialized. Yes. The shop I deal with only carries three brands. Raleigh. Pure fix. Specialized. In Dixie. That's why I thought the raleigh would be best at price point and quality. Hmmm.
