I had 2007 Centaur shifters. The right shifter would upshift (to a smaller cog) one at a time....

I'm not sure why you want a wireless computer in that situation. Nashbar had a cheap computer with a rear wheel mounted wired sensor that I considered, but did not buy. You might look at that.
