Ideas for a Banana Seat on a Roll?

OK, been using my Roll Sport for a few years. It is equipped with saddle bags, I love it for 2-3 mile round trips to the grocery/hardware/MallWart store. I own two other bikes for mtb/longer rides....

3x8 Roll vs 1x10 hybrid experience

1. you will notice more wind resistance as you go over 12mph, 95% of time I am under 15mph. Roll is my go to grocery store short ride bike.
2. my Roll with stock 2.3 tires =seems/is?= faster...

Roll is a great beach bike too

I just moved from the Washington coast, where low tide leaves vast hard packed sand beaches.
I found that the knobs on knobby tires on fat bikes dig into the sand too much, making for hard...
