negative. CA does recognize a bicycle as a motor vehicle, therefore no DUI. But you can get arrested for drunk in public or CUI. Definitely want to avoid that but not same as DUI

I have a 2015 Allez Comp DSW. I need new tires soon and was thinking of going with 28mm. Does anyone know if they will fit. I am currently running 25mm Roubaix Pro.

No pics but did a nice 40 mile today. Rode past Boneilli park and watched the Stage Coach races then rode back toward Pasadena and met a bunch of riders doing a MS charity ride. Nice cycling day.
