Use a hight viscocity lube, such as phil wood, when rebuilding these. It will resist washing away. Then occasionally lubricate them with tri flow on top of the phil. Works great.

Thanks for the comment. You should definitely braze on a rear brake housing stop while you have the frame stripped. It's totally worth it, even if you have to pay someone ten bucks to do it....
