My understanding is that Super Record titanium hub axles never actually saw the light of day. Titanium bottom bracket and pedal spindles did. I've never seen even a picture of an actual Campagnolo...

Suntour Vx-GT is almost the same, just a little lighter and nicer finish. They can also be had for ~$25. Or a Vx-S with a mid-cage design.

No Brooks, but some very nice Campy upgrades: shifters, both derailleurs, hubs. And the Stronglight 93 is I think also an upgrade. I would call that a very attractive price for that build.
