The rack on my bike is original, a Peugeot and not a Walds. Walds would make a good second choice if you can't find the original.
I'll post some better pictures of the rack soon

No idea, this was the one that came on the bike. Every now and then you'll see someone canibalize a bike like this and part it out on Ebay.

Very nice job on the grips. I used Toshi leather on a bike I made and I really like how well they compliment a honey Brooks. Very handsome bike you have.
