LUCKY! That thing is beautiful. I've never ridden a 650b bike, but I totally "get it". A fat tire road bike is a wonderful thing. I run 700x47 and it makes the ride sooooo smooth.

If we are talking about replacing the handlebars on a hybrid/MTB than I would absolutely recommend trekking bars above drops... I might have a lightly used Police Cannondale by the end of the week...

I say the Cannondale Quick.... although I would prefer Quick CX 4. It's the same price point and you can run fatter slicks. The Quick CX bikes remind me of mid 90's rigid MTB's, in a GOOD way.

I would tend to agree, It's spendy, but it isn't super-expensive. Some of his bikes, like the Atlantis and A. Homer Simps...er Hilsen, can be had for around $2k.

That makes them a viable...
