It's been a while since I've posted in these forums. I'm finally under 200 for the first time since 2004. Nothing to do with riding a bike to achieve it, just plain diet. I can't wait to hit the bike...

I'm happy for you Highbrow. Maybe I can get inspired to start riding and eating better because of your success. I'm 216 5'9". I just don't want to start "eating right" in order to get the pounds off.
