Hi, this may be a vacation spot I am considering. Are there any safe / scenic cycling routes for road & mtn bikes? I did search however most of the threads were really old. Thanks.

I rode it for the 1st time over the weekend. I liked the climb, didn't have to stop. but the rest of trail left a lot to be desired, too much wood boardwalk and too many walkers.

OK I see where the disconnect is, literally. That section of Big Creek is quite far from the 8 mile section south of it. It would be kool if they united the 2.

I have a Marlin 5. I do more road biking than mtn biking, that said, I can't really complain. it is a bit heavy but mtn bikes are much heavier than road bikes.

All,

What's the verdict on HH? I've read past older threads on it. Seems to not be good for a road bike due to amount of car traffic and the MUPs being better suited for much slower cruise/beach...
